3 cl Gin 27
1.5 cl Weisflog
1.5 cl Rose’s Lime
15 cl tonic water
A dash of lime juice
Lime zest
Ice cubes

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, add the Gin 27, Weisflog and Rose’s, squeeze in a little lime juice and add the tonic water. Garnish with a spiral of lime zest.
